The main catch of Grado is it’s really uncomfortable… as a wireless headphone sound quality doesn’t really matter that much, comfort is king. Apple sound quality is at least better than Beats but it’s indeed overpriced.

I switched to an android after the iPhone 4 came out and never looked back at iOS. However now my work requires an iOS device to run company apps. I could've just switched back to an iPhone but I just can't stand it anymore. And the thermal mechanism dominated most of its cost. You almost have to subscribe to their EZ print refresh service for this printer as it makes more sense from the cost perspective, although for occasional prints it is not bad at all ($2.50 per month for 40 pages).

Now, as you know, apple chips are not getting much better, partly because of lack of good engineers and the slow improvement over the 3/4nm node. So... getting M1 pro instead may be a better idea.

Previous gen M1 processors are a better value and should be more than sufficient for 70-80% of all users. If anything, Apple has bad marketing. No professional user is going to buy the MB with low specs, and no average user is going to spend $1.2K+ on it either. They should have significantly lowered the price, or not have an option with 8GB RAM/256GB storage.

1), M1 is super fast with no heat. 2), Mac is very efficient in using memory. I am a programmer converted from PC to MAC ~ 10 years ago, never look back. Of course, I bought a MacBook Pro, but I got a M1 MacBook Air for my son, he is very happy about it.

Your computer RAM is essentially short term memory where data is stored as the processor needs it. The M1 version doesn't suffer the low band issue in the 256Gb model. And you probably don't use it open a hundred tabs and two IDE windows with Docker containers in the back. I was lucky to get one from BestBuy local store using price-match when Walmart was on sale and available. The price was $449 after price-match and there is 5% in-store Cashback from third party Cashback website, plus credit card has 10% back up to $25 offer (chase). Combined almost $100 off. If BestBuy store do not have inventory, you can pay local and they will ship to you.

Only iPad Pro series has a 120Hz screen refresh rate, four speakers, and a faster processor and graphics than their other iPads. //@anonymous: thanks. in summary, mini has better chip and good for gaming. If you meant comparing with iPads. The mini has a better CPU than both 10th gen and 9th gen iPads. It can record 4K vidoes while only 10th gen iPad can. It supports 2nd gen Apple pen while neither gen's iPad can..... //@Anonymous: why mini more expensive?

If all you do is browser based apps, word processing, YouTube, Facebook and social media consumption. Then this is more than enough. If you make 4K videos and are a YouTuber, then it wont be. Can do it…but will take a while.
