We did download offline maps and used iphone everywhere around Arizona and Utah without any issues. This is a great price. I bought the equivalent version back in 2017 and it is still going strong. Daily usage twice a day. I don't always use the steamer but it works good enough. You can't beat this price in 2025.

I personally think apple tags are useless for all practical purposes. It is at best works if it is in the same room as your phone. You move to a different location with as minimum as with 2-3 walls it does not work.
