Apple acknowledged that the problem with crackling sound in the airpod & the pros. you can get them exchanged in apple store. //@Anonymous: You can always turn it off. //@anonymous: For me, the pro sucks. Running with the Pro, it makes shaking sound for every step. The app showed it fits in my ears nicely, but it is not. The noise cancellation is not as over the ears headphones. I find myself rarely use it during the past year. //@anonymous: Aren’t the pros a better deal at this price?

Pro is between 2nd and 3rd generations, released in 2019, but it has noise cancellation which is a big advantage over 3rd generation

Tried it in 3 international airports. Tells you if the bags are in the airport but doesn't tell you where it is until it is few meters away from you on carousel. And I could see several passengers and crew using IPhone. Spent $85 few months back. Would return it if I could.

Actually this camera is pretty good and we used it to record video for auditions although we used condenser mic for audio. Casting directors have no problem with the quality of video and audio.
