just a heads up to people whose order was cancelled. the phones were returned to verizon warehouse and I received the refund of taxes today. however I got an email saying your device promotinal credit has been removed from your account. it doesn't make sense. The account should be closed. guess what, I called Verizon contact number and the account is still active and there's a service bill waiting for me. thank god, I called and these numbers I've never used/accessed were 'disconnected,' and I was told the charge would be credited back.

ordered canceled after 3 days received 1 out of 4 phones and other went back to the shipper. WTF illiterate customer service nobody knows what happened. I will stay with AT&T

1)what am I missing?
2) how to fix this to bring each line cost down? should I call CS or go.to a local store for fixing this?

If stuck with $168 per month, i guess I will have to cancel my order.

Recently got similar experience with Visible/Verizon. They flagged one account with spamming, and suspended it permanently. The account was for my middle schooler who had a lot of group messages with teachers and classmates. They counted both sending and receiving. It is not a big deal for teenagers to lose a phone number but I am about to leave Visible anyway. Their spamming detection algorithm sucks, with only ability to hurt good users but fraudsters.
