lol are you a pro gamer? why are you so fixated on refresh rate. 4K @60fps is plenty enough for 90% of the games don't believe me just look at how many ppl are buying ps5. I tried to use smartphone a couple of times but found it much worse compared to standalone GPS. Also I tried a half dozen applications for navigation and all of them useless. Standalone GPS is only device I can feel comfortably during driving. //@Anonymous: Are people still buying this?

It's called "Off line" map provided by Google map on your phone. We did download offline maps and used iphone everywhere around Arizona and Utah without any issues.
